I participated in this program after being pressured by my partner, who was pressure into doing it by a family member. It is indeed cultish. If you have trauma and feel you need therapy, I would suggest you do that and steer clear of Pathways.
literally wouldn't let me talk about what i needed to talk about, told me false information about my mother, and harassed me when i tried to leave the training. it's such a cultish mindset.
Through my experience at Pathways I no longer let moments pass me by. I live each day with passion and purpose. I am most thankful for the relationship I now have with our father God because of this training.
Pathways is...cult-ish. I see I'm the only one to post a negative review about them - wonder why. I think they do intend to help people but the way you go about it is not to lock people in a room and talk down to them for 2 straight days. For a "nonprofit organization", they're also pretty expensive - and expect you to fundraise if you aren't able to come up with the money yourself. Pathways literally reminded me of the psych ward. Group talk, not allowed to leave, and the brainwashing. You do build a family but this organization was...unnerving. Re-build yourself another way - one that doesn't harass you if you don't come back, one that doesn't brainwash people, one that doesn't treat you like dirt because they want to "build you up". I'd create an anti-Pathways Facebook group if I could. Y'all need to seriously consider why there are no negative reviews. Please don't go to Pathways.
