You couldnt give me free money to spend here. Dropped bike off day before Easter for a passing lamp switch. Was told give them a week to week and a half. Fast forward one month later bike still not done. Stopped returning calling 10 days ago, drove 1.5 hours to find bike still untouched/ battery dead cant even start to get into trailer to take elsewhere. So Im jump starting my bike off my personal vehicle in front of their service department.

The location is aesthetically pleasing.... Surprised that there were not as many motorcycles there for how big the place is. What stuck out to us the most was that NOT ONE EMPLOYEE said a word to us. Maybe because they could tell we were not local, or maybe because we stopped in with kids. I know people are busy but not even a "hello"... We have an insurance claim settlement check (from a recent motorcycle accident) and are looking for a motorcycle...customer service makes a difference.
