I've been working out here over seven months. I was a total newbie, never worked out a day in my life. I was nervous to start training and not sure what to expect. Bobby was thorough and started me off slow with an evaluation. He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. He basically set me up with a great foundation from which I can build my life long workout goals. I still enjoy going twice a week. Thanks Bobby!

I easily scheduled an appointment with Coach Bobby Jackson and found him and his location to be a powerhouse of knowledge. I expressed my goals and lifestyle and within minutes I was on a 45 minute workout custom built to avoid aggravating previous injuries and improving my cardio, strength and conditioning. The most professional training I've had and have worked with a lot of gyms and trainers in the area. Bobby is very knowledgeable and knows how to work specifically to your needs! Definitely recommended if you're trying to take your body to the next level!
