We apologize for your negative feelings regarding your experience. We researched this order and it looks like there were issues that were immediately remedied. Team fittings are offered (and highly encouraged) to ensure sizing is as accurate as possible. Unfortuatnely, at the age of your team, there are kids who have growth spurts and it looks like this is exactly what happened between the fitting and delivery of uniforms. Unfortuantely, this cannot be anticipated, but we did take care of the garments that were outgrown. Investigating further, there were a few white jerseys that did get dirty in transit between warehouses. We took care of them immediately, fixing the issues same-day. Regarding the team webstore, we typically keep our webstores open for 2-3 weeks (depending on the preference of the coach) to ensure all athletes/parents have sufficient time to order. Your store closed on 3/24/19, and the expected delivery is 2.5 weeks from the orders close date. This note was posted on the store to ensure that when our customers are ordering we can communicate expectations on delivery as clearly as possible: We open the store for a finite period of time and close it to accumulate orders and customize the decorating. This store is scheduled to close 3/24 @ midnight. From there, it takes us about 2 1/2 weeks to complete the decorating and separating process. Denver Athletic will bag each order individually and pass them along to your coaches for distribution NOTE: WE CAN'T SEND DECORATED PRODUCT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SIZING. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER DECORATION. Helmets were back-ordered which unfortunately happens from time to time with our manufactures. It is as frustrating for us as it is for our customers, but we unfortunately cannot expedite it. The remainder of your helmets are scheduled to be delivered this week. Our organization order team uniforms in late October. When part of the order came in the sizes were all wrong and some of the jerseys came smeared. It is now end of March and we still DO NOT have our batting helmets for our games. We also order gear for parents and was promised two and half weeks at the longest. It has now been three weeks and nothing. VERY disappointed and would not recommend.

We went here to buy a HS Letter jacket for my son. They had a selection of sizes to try on and options for placement of name, school name, etc. It was an easy process. Gary was the sales associate. He was organized and helpful. I would highly recommend.
Shemar, we sincerely apologize for the confusion with your order. Your credit card was never charged and this was confirmed by your mother. We also personally picked up the jacket to avoid you having to pay any fees to ship it back. Unfortunately, the credit card was declined after the jacket had already shipped which we accept responsibility for as the jacket should have never been shipped without payment being received in full. Again we apologize there was confusion in the first place.

I had got a jacket online and they took my money but they acted like I it was decline. But the jacket came in the mail, they wanted me to pay for even though I already did. I couldn't even keep the jacket and the jacket was too small anyway.LIES
