Really bad cupcakes. Very dry, little to no flavor, so overpriced for what they are (or try to be). Service is horrible. They are very forgetful and inattentive, and don't honor their commitments. I understand that people are human and can forget something once in awhile, but this is a reoccurring thing. They just don't pay attention to what they're doing and what the customer's requests are. Don't spend a dime here, you'll instantly regret it.
