Hey Dana. Thank you for leaving your review. As you told over the phone you spoke already to the person who sold you a car on Ebay. Per our phone conversation, you have issue with brake and you never drove the car you boght. From your words mechanic estimates 700 repair cost for master cylinder replacement. Sounds to much for $70 part and 1h labor in 2004 Jeep Cherokee. Please check the other repair shop. Unfortunately i can't confirm if the car has issues cause Ebay sales are not handled by our office.. I do personally take all my customers for highway test drives and provide full car inspection before purchase. All used cars on lot i do provide Warranty 3month/5000 miles available for purchase or included in package deals . Do not buy a car from this dealership. They sold me a car that is undrivable and my car has been sitting at the mechanic for a month. When I try to call they hangup on me.

1) Hyundai not transfer warranty with new ownership on used car with hybrid engine. 2) You requested help for engine we recommend you 3rd part repair shop for engine exchange and you made agreement directly with repair shop. 3) the shop owner told us that you came with agreement with them for repairs. 4) when you purchased car was driving perfect with no issues 5) Repair shop confirmed car odometer shows you drove it over 3000 miles after purchase. Rear window was broken. 5) Warranty company not offer coverage for hybrid engines. 6) you told that you came agreement with owner of repair shop and never call us back till today with review. 7) repair shop confirmed that your engine was replaced.

I had a very bad experience with this dealer, I bought a car from them and after a week I had to change the engine, when I told them to just help me get another engine they said we are not responsible for that, could you guys imagine that! I don't recomend them to anybody especially the guy named ALEX, he's a big liar, I'm telling you guys don't trust them, they care just for money and they don't give a warranty on their cars.

I bought a car for waaaay more than the asking price because I was scammed, it broke down less than 200 miles later. He said he would help with fixing it and that didn't happen. Drove it another 200 miles and had to replace the entire engine and now I live in that car with my son and dog because I payed $15,000 for a $7,000 car... CROOKS
