Total waste of money! Paid $40 for a month of listing a very, very nice apartment in a luxury building at a Rent Amount you cannot get for this unit anywhere in the building, in a top Chicago neighborhood and DID NOT RECEIVE ONE SINGLE INQUIRY! Received inquires from Turbo Tenant, Craig's List, and Zillow for a total spend of $5 total! Save your money go with a different site! And the response is priceless on 3/2/20, "Some prospective renters reached out to you". THAT WOULD BE FALSE! There is the screenshot, but nice try Domu!

I have used the Domu for renting my condo twice and every time it was successful, people who approached me through Domu were professional people and serious. Domu give you enough spaces to add your pictures and information which is great, there charges are reasonable, asa whole I am very happy with Domu and will use it again if I am looking for a condo or renting one

I work with a property management company and love working with Domu. There are many sites to advertise apartments on and the hottest sight varies from year to year but Domu always works hard to be relevant and the employees of Domu are a joy to deal with.

I cancelled my payment after realizing their platform doesnt generate any legitimate leads and reached out to their customer service. Instead of apologizing or asking for feedback on how they can improve their platform they sent me VERBAL ABUSE. Ive never seen anything like it in my life. Wholeheartedly believe all of the 1-star reviews you see. Im genuinely in disbelief. They didnt refund my money for a service I didnt use and ON TOP OF THAT they sent me HOSTILITY. What type of company is this?! Im genuinely in disbelief.
