BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!! I shipped my household possessions from Long Beach to Montevideo, Uruguay with these idiots. When the shipment arrived, it had been packed with utter disregard for my possessions. Things had been shoved one on top of each other. Numerous items were damaged and I've instigated a claim against them for more than $3,000. When I called the VP to complain, he referred me to the insurance company and paid little attention to my concerns STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have used the services of American Export Lines for the last 3 years. During this period, I have shipped several containers internationally without any problem. They make it so easy to book and deliver containers on time to our warehouse and back to the port. Dont ship with this company. I requested quotes for air and sea shipping but It takes them ONE week to provide it. I had to call multiple times for them to actually respond to me. To make matters worse, Shibani would ask for information that i already provided in a previous email. Worst customer service ever.
