Hi Cameron tried to reach to you via phone. Looks like the freight company didn't ship this item well. The delay on the product was related to the manufacturing we do list that item as ships factory direct with a 2 week ship estimate. I can certainly get you a new manual and warranty card but also want to make sure if theres any damage that I resovle that. 2nd time ordering through Pittsburgh Spray. 1st time went well which was March of '21. Yesterday I finally received my most recent purchase, a Simpson commercial pressure washer. It took over 2 weeks to get here and arrived with a sopping wet bottom and manual and warranty card ruined. Tracking info was not provided like I was "assured" it would be as soon as it shipped. When I reached out the support was far from friendly or expedient, and did not reach out proactively after the shipment was delayed by manufacturer. Great price, lackluster customer service.
Sent me the wrong part and they just keep telling me I ordered the wrong part and saying Im wrong. Their packing slip doesnt even match the part they sent me. They wont give me a refund or tell me how I can return this wrong part. In the photos you can see the part I ordered is supposed to be 52mm long but in the second photo you can what they sent is only 44mm long. They just keep insisting We sent the right part and you ordered the wrong part. Oh well. Edit: they did finally provide a return slip after WEEKS of emails and calls asking how to return their mistake.
CONTENTS OF PKG WAS OK, THE BOX WAS IN REALLY BAD SHAPE IT WAS TAPE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM AND THE SIDES WERE ALSO TAPED REALLY SURPRISED THE UNIT SURVIED THE TRIP FROM PA.
