AWFUL customer service. Ordered shirt online, description of shirt says "University of Georgia Go Dawgs Sic'em Adult Unisex Short Sleeve", and the picture on the left, GEORGIA GO DAWGS SIC EM was on the ad, they sent me SIC EM Dawgs with bolt. I went to the physical store within the return period and was told I needed to come back as the girls did not know how to handle an online order in the store. Second attempt, called the store for hours and they said open till 7PM, when I arrived at 6:15PM it was closed. When I was able to get back to the store again, I was then told I needed to send it back through Amazon and they couldn't help me. Well, now we're outside the 30 days, and it's not returnable. Why can't you just exchange the shirt in your store? Come on TRENZ, it's your mistake, own it and allow your customers an exchange.
I'm sorry you are disappointed but there is a $3.00+ charge to just ship that small item included in the price. With all sites we need tracking so that is the minimum. We would be more than happy to go to the $5.99 price.

I found an item on another website (hemp lip balm), but was clear that the item was being sold through Trenz Shirt Company. It was listed at a purchase price of $7.99. Once the item arrived from Trenz Shirt Co. Inc, there was a price tag on the back of the item reading that the item sells for $2.99. I went to the Trenz website to see that the item sells for $5.99?!!! Upon calling Trenz, I was told the $2.99 price is for the retail location, $5.99 is for their retail site, blah blah blah. After trying to explain to the woman on the phone that the selling price should not differ from retail store to online and $2.99-$7.99 was a great difference. I was finally told that they already sold the item and there was NOTHING they could or would do for me. The original website took care of the issue and said they would take it up with Trenz. Buyer beware.
Very sorry for this! Some of our staff is just seasonal help and are not trained to meet and greet customers. No excuse but I do apologize

You need to update your hours online and lock your doors when not open. Did not appreciate the greeting we got when told they were closed.
