Absolutely awful experience, would not even rate this place 1 star. Definitely go elsewhere as their customer service is as bad as their treatments. Disgusting way to treat clients/customers!

I attend the shop monthly and the girls especially Andea are fantastic ,nothing is too much bother . Sunday was my wedding day ,Kim came to the hotel on Sunday morning before the wedding . I would just like to say thankyou again for doing this . My makeup was perfect .and made me feel great all day on the most special day of my life . Thankyou xx
