do not send your children or child to this daycare. My son was recently attending this daycare for only three months and on his first day the director Lisa Jones and her office team took over 500 dollars out of my bank account when i was only suppose to pay 160 a week. I changed over to paying cash every Monday and randomly the staff members were going into my account and taken over 200 dollars here and there. They charge you so much and dont show u what your getting your money worth. They hire teachers who dont have children but only book knowledge of how to monitor a child so if you have a child who doesnt listen all the time they will do their best to try to outcast your child. On several occasions my son's clothes was given to other children and i was receiving other children clothing. This daycare previous had an infant die here and trust me I'm not suppose because the teachers they hire are too old to have patient with your children and too young to understand how to handle the pressure when dealing with a lot of children at once. They will smile in your face but when you do pop ups you will get the real side. As a loving parent to another please dont bring your child here and if you currently attend this daycare im sure you have dealt with similar situations.
This facility was recently cited by the Missouri State DHSS for not providing constant care and supervision of infants and toddlers. There were many more citations including repeated use of a weighted blanket on several infants. This is not the place I would want my child.
Both of my children call WCCC their home away from home. The teachers and staff are like family, and I feel blessed by the enriched and loving environment my babies get to experience throughout their early years.
This facility has really been fantastic. I was worried because there are a lot of children but my son is really cared about on an individual basis. My 2 year old son is the only Jewish child but they had everyone learn about Hanukkah and put up a menorah and tailored the holiday crafts to include him. They are also wonderful about special diet needs, etc. They always have lots of indoor and outdoor activities. He LOVES his teacher, Sally, and misses her on his day off. He has several friends and doesn't want to stop playing at the end of the day. This place is just run very well overall. Highly recommend.
Our daughter has been at WCCC for 4 years. We toured about 10 places before choosing Webster for several reasons. The outside spaces are the best in the entire metro St Louis area. The 3:1 ratio in the infants/toddlers rooms is better than the required ratio. It is clean, well-run, with lots of positive energy from staff and kids. There are many opportunities for parents to get involved and engaged in the community. The staff has always been responsive to our needs and concerns about our child. Over the last couple of years they have worked to offer healthier menus and more fresh foods. They demonstrate effective communication to parents and always put the safety, education, and social and emotional well-being of our daughter first. We truly believe that our daughter is in a nurturing environment and always feel that she is with adults that genuinely care about her and our family.
