Came here quite a while ago, nethertheless thought it was appropriate to leave a review as my experience was amazing! Staff were very professional and I was impressed to hear that the hair they cut off is not just chucked into landfill but used sustainably! Will definately be returning for another cut once my hair grows a little bit longer. Thank you!

Ive been having my hair coloured by Monica for a few months now and have been really pleased with the experience I have and the outcome! Monica always has lots of ideas for my colour and style and we come up with a plan based on these and my ideas. The result is always excellent!

In love with this salon! What a breath of fresh air for Taunton. The team really are all about client experience and they do not disappoint. The salon is trendy, clean, relaxing and modern whilst the staff are trained, experienced and passionate about products and styles that suit the client. One of my personal plus points for this salon is that they take the time to understand your hair history, realistic achievements and expectations in what can be achieved as well as advising their own ideas. If your looking for a change or to feel better about yourself then let them look after you. I have personally had the pleasure of working with Lisa to achieve my gorgeous hair however I know the rest of the team would easily please. Long may Vital help other women trapped in hair that does not suit them or who have had bad salon experiences. Im not going anywhere else! X

Nick saved the day for me. I went from very dark to blonde. My previous hair stylist never got the colour right. It was very very brassy. In desperation a friend recommended Nick. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. My hair is now a beautiful creamy blonde and Nick has put the bounce back into my hair and my step. He is superb!
