Horrible experience. I placed a Christmas custom order for my 10 year old daughter on December 1st. Three weeks later I had not received any updates and when I contacted them, they canceled the order because they did not want to ship the item to me. This was on December 21st which leaves me no time to find a replacement for this gift. Poor customer service and poor communication with their customers, I would not recommend placing any orders with this company.
