Today I was sent here when delivering a Shipt order. Upon arriving, the GPS had me pull into the exit rather than the exit, which I didnt notice until the old man doing the lawn work gave me a disgusted look and shook his head. I went about my business to deliver the order and got turned around in the confusing layout. I thought I went back the way I came, ultimately coming out the back of the building. I see the lawn care guy again. I ask him where the front of the building is. He points and says the way you came. I didnt entertain his rudeness, which must have triggered him, because he continued on telling me how I shouldnt be parking the way I did anyways and that Im lucky he doesnt call for my car to be towed. This property needs to hire a more friendly company to do their lawn care work. The layout of the building is confusing enough without dealing with rude employees.

Maintenance does not repair stuff in a timely manner. I had a crack in my tub that they just kept patching over. It finally cracked all the way the tub and leaked into my closet. The whole apartment smelled awful to the point I stayed with friends for a week. They decided the best way to fix the issue was the put a fan in my closet. They didn't rip up the carpet or padding. I'm sure it developed mold with how wet it was. And they did a poor job installing a new tub. Management is as bad if not worse. Anna rolls her eyes if you go in the office for anything. She gives an attitude if you ask for a repair. Everyone there hates going to the office for anything. I do have to say that some of the neighbors are amazing. However, that doesn't make it a great place to live.

I moved in September the manager is fabulous she always has time to say hello and help her residents when she can. She shows genuine concern for the people living there and who are interested in moving in. The maintenance staff is always right on making sure the apartments are kept up and informative when items have to be ordered and when we can expect the work to be completed if it is not going to be done that day. I recommend living in this community I am finally home!
