It was so frustrating when I ordered from this shop at first it was smooth. And then he didnt respond to my questions. I sent emails, chats, calls and no response. I even sent extra payment for my invoice but didnt get the extra pen for it. I sent a complaint about the defective engraved on my previous orders and he didnt resolved it. And then blocked me so I won't able to message him.

In dealing with many areas of business closed, Daron came up with a creative sticker that reads "I SURVIVED MARCH 2020". Many of my customers that have a house flood are anxious and nervous and this has helped break the ice and ease concerns with a bit of laughter that I could leave with them.
