Providers are great but the office management is awful. I have had appointments that I'd confirmed be cancelled (e.g., told that I must have cancelled the appointment) and had my medications be called in to the wrong pharmacy. In addition, the front desk staff have little respect for privacy. Last time I was in someone was at the desk and another staff person motioned me up beside her. The other woman was trying to schedule care with the desk staff person and the other assistant had me stand right next to her. As a result, I overheard very personal information. Even when I protested and said I would wait, the assistant insisted that I come up at the same time (she said, "we are very busy and come up now or we won't be able to see you."). It was appalling. I asked to speak to the office manager and was told that no one was available. I will not return to Harmony.

Harmony is the best. They are all so kind and welcoming. They make you feel very comfortable. Carrington took the time to answer and explain every single question I had about all of the different birth control options. She was honest and informative. They really make you feel like they care about your health and are very specific to you and your body.

Tried to make an appointment for two weeks without being able to reach anyone or leave a message. Even tried the online appointment form. Went to the office and they said I couldnt make an appointment in person and that I had to call. Tried again that day and couldnt reach anyone. I was finally able to reach someone and they couldnt set up an appointment for another week, even though I needed care and had already been waiting. This will be my last time coming here.
