Terrible customer service. Awardco blames Amazon for broken items shipped and refuses to warranty, refund or return. In turn, Amazon states it is Awardco's responsibility to initiate compensation. So basically, you are calling both company's back and forth to no avail. They basically laughed and said your are stuck with broken items! Disgusting customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would!

I wish I could give this company less than one star. Their super aggressive sales style makes for multiple harassing emails asking for meetings. Then when I politely decline they just have another salesperson email me. I cant seem to get them to stop emailing me (its been almost monthly for almost two years from four different awardco sales people). If I dont respond to their emails, theyll email me every day with each email getting more and more hateful. They might be a decent business, but this isnt how you attract new customers.

I love Awardco! It is very user friendly and I am impressed with the connections they have with companies and therefore the selection of awards you can choose from as an employee being awarded. Lot of cool prizes, but theres literally no way to really get it into cash without buying visa gift card that dont get excepted anywhere really, so now Im stuck with way too much money that can only be used gor groceries and gas
