I have been looking for a clean and professional nail shop for a long time and finally found it in Altamonte. Auri was my nail tech and did not disappoint. I received so many compliments on my nails. Also the pedicure she provided me was on point!

Dominique (@theBeautyOperator on IG) is amazing! She is my go-to for pedis and nails. She is incredibly talented in all nail art categories. She does the best nail art with gems and they dont fall off ! I highly recommend her

I made an appointment for a soak off, a deluxe gel pedicure, and a full set. I scheduled them an hour apart starting at 1 pm just to have enough time. I walked in at 1:07 and started my soak off with Lorena. Lorena accidentally cut my skin and my finger started to bleed a lot. It was so painful so it made the process for the soak off longer and just annoying. I started having second thoughts about getting my nails done and wondered if I should just let them breathe because it was hurting so bad. Then I sat in her chair for the deluxe pedicure that supposedly includes: a foot scrub, foot massage, foot mask, and gel polish. Of all those things, I received the foot scrub and gel polish. She asked me if I wanted a square shape and I said yes. Then she told me she couldnt because my toe nails were too short. And I promise Ive never heard that excuse before in my life. My feet look like someone just painted them. Theyre barely manicured or cut from the sides. This service costs $60 by the way! Then when I paid she told me the service was $65? Later when I asked her she says she got confused because the regular pedicure is $35. But you work there so how dont you know the prices? I feel like she was trying to get over on me since I expressed Im from out of town. Regardless, it turned me off. I started my full set around 3:30 or 3:45 with Jessica. While her work looks great online, the shaping was so bad. It doesnt look natural at all, my nails are bulky/boxy. I expressed to her that my desired shape was a slim square. Like almost coffin but not really. I showed a reference pic from her own page. I cant wait to get them redone. Never coming back here.
