Thanks for the feedback, not sure I agree. As a parent would rather have the boys outside playing than sitting inside on the smartphone. Beside the little boy was talking about getting himself dirty, not the house.

This comment has more to do with their commercials than the product being sold. I cringe and am angered evert time I hear that young boy say Its not my fault as hes dragging his muddy boots across the carpet! In this day and age of people not taking responsibility for their actions, I feel that this kind of advertising only serves to show children that they can do anything they want without consequences.
We had a really good experience starting with the ladies in the office. They explained the cleaning process for our sofa sectional and 2 bedroom carpets, happily answered all questions, and gave a quote. The guys that came out to clean were super friendly, communicative, and paid great attention to detail. The carpets turned out amazing, and they truly tried their best to get a paint stain out of the sectional. They couldnt get the paint all the way out (totally not their fault) but managed to remove all the other kid/pet stains and odors! This sectional was a hot mess and they made it look almost new again. 10/10 would recommend and use Adelman again.
Technician Jeff came to our house to clean five rooms of carpeting. My off-white rugs were looking horrible after a two-year break because of COVID. Jeff could not have been more helpful or work harder. As he was about to leave, my husband noticed a stain that hadn't come out. Jeff hooked up all the equipment one more time and reworked the area. The stain came out. I could not be more pleased with the service we received. Jeff deserves a 5-srar rating.
Advise you to call Adelman - nothing rings true to the description of our service. Adelman does not Sanitize carpets not even sure what that means, we would never ask you to confirm pricing with a technician and always return to remedy performance issues without question or cost.

We ordered both carpet cleaning and deodorizing, and were told by the scheduler to confirm services with the technician (which we thought was strange to begin with). The quoted price seemed high, but I assumed that the extra cost was due to the extra sanitization. When the technicians arrived, I confirmed the services to be provided, the technician said the deodorization wasnt on the invoice and if I wanted to add it I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $120. The office refused to honor the originally quoted price for the ordered services so they just cleaned the carpets. Once the carpet dried, the room smelled awful. We called to ask for a remedy, but was told if we wanted them to fix the problem we would have to pay for them to return. After the carpets were cleaned by Adelman, I used a store bought carpet cleaner and removed a gross amount of dirt and I was able to make the room smell good again. The response from the company says we should have called to remedy the situation, but we did and were met only with excuses. I am extremely disappointed in the quality, the service, and the way this situation was handled.
