Great people to deal with. I have had lots of questions and have gotten prompt responses. The food is prepared in a healthy way and after several weeks of eating it feel much better. I have been inspired to eat better on those occasions when I eat meals other than fuelup. Getting a portion controlled meal or snack has helped me visualize what a proper portion looks like. Speaking of portions, I get the small meals and many times cannot eat all leaving a little something for a snack later. All in all, I would highly recommend fuelup, especially to seniors like me who want to eat healthy but have issues cooking.
