Waiting for this place to open....been here since 9:50 ...they are supposed to open at 10:00...its now 10:35 still door is locked....where is the manager with a key??? I'm switching insurance companies....thanks for nothing.... Came back twice...finally open at 12:55...this place is not worth the time...i won't be back next month

At the beginning, they were helpful, however, they haven't been helpful at all. Every time I called, no one wanted to take the time and help out. Mainly because I didn't speak Spanish, but customer service is service and not one single person took the time to go out of their way and help answer my questions. Worst is they would tell me they'll call me back and never once called me back yet I could tell in their voice they were getting annoyed of my calls and still didn't help me out. If you're a English speaker, don't even waste your time with this company. They'll play you stupid for sure.
