We are sorry you experienced that. We do not like it when tenants do not disclose leaks. We request that all tenants let us know immediately if there is a leak or anything that would cause damage to the home. Unfortunately in this situation, we do not see it until they moved out. Because it was not disclosed. We try to work with owners to get the property back in the order in which it was received. Some owners however choose to use unlicensed Vendors, (against our recommendations) who do not repair correctly.

No ! Do not recommend! It is extremely bad experience! I had a brand New house for lease .After one year I toke it back and found out very bad leaks that happened From first to second floor And damaged so bad . Where were the staff of Ga /Atlanta property management? The staff were supposed to let me know on time to get it fixed! Run ! Do not go to this place.

I have rented with this agency for a year. I was Not happy at the property I was at. The staff allowed me the opportunity to view other properties and transfer to a beautiful home. Although I totally disliked the 1st property they always responded to maintenance request in a timely manner. They are a wonderful group

I see first hand, how much stress the management has to deal with. Landlords love them, because they protect their homes and investments. The difficult & problem tenants who aren't paying or who are destroying the home, give them a hard time when they realize the company isn't going to allow it to continue. They have many challenges and at times face danger. I know they are doing their Job, and its not easy.
