I cannot speak for the whole company, but our representative is horrible. She is argumentative, power hungry and does not have a clue when it comes to customer service. Slow to respond and when a response comes.... it is worthless. Very disappointing.

The entire team at Team Management has been a fantastic change for our neighborhood from our previous property management company. As a new community, we have had to navigate number of challenges in transition from the home builders and Team has been wonderful in working with us to make sure our neighborhood is being treated fairly. Jodi, Bill and the rest of the folks at Team have always been responsive to and respectful of both the overall neighborhood concerns and personal homeowner concerns.

Calvin Rooks at Team Management has been very responsive and professional to work with. We have created and implemented a new HOA board for our community and with his help and support we have made great strides in improving and upgrading our neighborhood. Horrible! Always find ways to sent petty violations. The property manager for our community sent us violations. One of which is to telling us to mow our lawn in March. When grasses are dormant! What is there to mow when grasses are brown? Those people have no common sense.
