I am so disappointed with the services and let down with them after the fact that I paid off my phone the first day and paid for a service plan. The sales agent then turned around and put an I cloud address on the phone as her own password. Apple will not unlock the phone. Now after spending the fuel and time to go in and sit down to clear the issue up, I'm being informed I didn't pay for the unit and they will not unlock the phone. 699.00 Paper weight. Very non perfesional. Us cellular 1940 Fort Jones Rd, Yreka, CA 96097 I will not deal with this location again.

Called for service because I could not access my photos in Photos on Mac. Todd got my Lightroom photos onto external hardware for me and updated my software. I still cannot access my photos in Photos. Best advice I was given by him was to screenshot the photos and crop each one down. So I paid $800 for him to move some pictures onto an external hard drive, and update my software, and be lectured about my workflow. Now going to someone else to see if I can get my Photos pictures back.... Big waste of time and money. And he also made sure I left him a 5 star review before he even left my home. Weird. ***Edited to add: He emailed me after he saw this review and asked me to delete it because it "hurt his feelings". I told him it was completely accurate and if he could help me solve the original problem he was hired for I would change it. Never heard back from him.

I just checked my reviews and I dont have any memory of posting a review here or using the service here 3 years ago. I did not even live in the state 3 years ago nor have i ever been to it. How this happened is completely unknown to me.
