Worked with this company years ago, they never finished our website and never refunded money we spent. I thought they went out of business or bankrupt. Looks like the same owner of record, BEWARE!

Hi Rachael, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. Like your business, reviews and referrals are the lifeblood of mine. A bad review can be devastating to a small operation for obvious reasons. More importantly, it's not a good feeling to know youve let someone down. Id like to start by saying weve been mindful of your budget from the beginning, but I understand that spending money on something without an immediate ROI can be a tough pill for a small business to swallow. Indeed your situation requires extra consideration and care. We went back to the whiteboard several times to develop new recommendations and tactics. Unfortunately, you were not able to commit to a focused plan. A solid plan, a realistic budget, and adequate time are necessary to any successful marketing strategy. Its difficult to produce substantial and sustainable ROI when one of these elements are missing. It is unlucky all three elements were missing in your case. Reducing your hours with us to just 3 proposed hours a month and expecting a meaningful return with no additional money to spend on marketing and advertising would not prove very successful. It would have been wrong to just take your money without the needed funds to maximize a campaign based on our experienced and desire for your business to grow. Throughout the period of time we worked together, I had many internal discussions with my team regarding how to serve you best. Id like you to know that each of us has always wanted whats best for you and your company. We enjoyed the projects we worked on that we had the opportunity to complete. Our nature is to treat our clients with professionalism, patience, and fairness. If we failed in any of these, I offer you my most sincere apologies. Unfortunately I have to give a poor review. The company never met the goals they promised. I was only able to work with the company for a short time due to continued expense. They just kept spending money and I never got a return on my investment. I requested to cut back my budget due to lack of ROI and I was dropped by the company.... Like my money was no longer good enough for them. They didn't even try to find ways to make it work. Just dropped me and my company.

Happily, I found Insyntrix in the early stages of building my new business; working with Ian helped me every step of the way. We have worked with Insyntrix for many years. They manage our website and our facebook page for the business I work for.
