I went to pay a bill that they sent on September 29 with a stamp from post office October 6 and bill due date of October 15 which pist me off is they have a collection late fee of 35%! Oh I'm not finished my cam Walker for my foot from them that urgent care gave me cost$ 357.00 that cost at Walmart $175.00 why urgent care didn't give me head ups option I can go somewhere else or at least explain these over price medical supplies store !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apparently these people are contracted with various facilities around Arizona to provide medical supplies. Including, apparently the urgent care I had to go to in Prescott for a hiking slip. The sling I was given by the staff I was told would be covered by Cigna, which it wasn't, and that coverage is Cigna not these people, however, the same EXACT sling these people charged me for $58.00 IS $11.00 at Wal Mart and CVS. I informed the staff that I would just pick up a sling from this CVS when I filled a script and of course they insisted it would be covered....again issue with Cigna. My issue with this company is that she actually told me she "discounted" the price from $163.00 for me!!! An item that RETAILS for $11.00!!!! She literally laughed at me and said that is the way it is and has been for a long time. Also, leave a voicemail...they never answer the phone.

I had an incredible experience here. They were able to quickly and professionally help with getting a wheelchair rental. Ive been trying for over 3 weeks with the company I had the previous rental with. They were impossible to work with. Im soooo glad I found these guys!! So easy to work with and so much less stress for my upcoming surgery.
