I thought you knew how to use this sunbed since you looked familiar with it. Was my mistake for not warning you about how it worked before you went in so I apologise for that. Liked this place till this evening then they take my money for the sunbed then it starts while I'm still putting money in knowing full well it does that. Just because no ones complained that makes it ok.....cheers dishonest
Dear Mya I can only apologise for your experience yesterday, We would have been accommodating if you spoke to us or showed us at the time, we are a friendly salon and would have rectified there and then for you. The lady who did your gels was a temp and not one of our regular members of staff. I went yesterday for the first time for shellac, and the lady I had was lovely. Unfortunately, she did an awful job - made my cuticle bleed, was very rough with the file during removal, and the shellac is all over the skin around my nails too. One has even already chipped!
Hi Kristine, You bought a sunbed course for 40 minutes and payed 29. Let me explain it to you once again: Our sunbed is 1 per minute. We offer courses because it works out cheaper if clients are planning to come often. If you were to pay 29 worth of sunbeds pay as you go that would be 29 minutes. With the course you pay 29 and get 40 min sunbed. Which means 11 minutes free. You dont add 40 min plus 10 and say I get 50 min free. No one confirmed 50 minutes because that course doesnt exist in our salon!! We explained this to you several times! Very calmly. And you were getting very defensive and rude. No one said to you learn maths!!! It is basic maths that we all have to do to workout how many minutes we get for free in a course and how much a salon charges per minute. But we never said to you go learn maths We were very calm but it gets to a limit when clients start shouting, taking pictures and being rude in front of other clients when they are trying to get treatments in a relaxing environment. And no one pushed you the phone! You threw the phone to Karlla. And we have clients that witnessed this. I called the salon to be able to explain to you what you purchased. You didnt let me speak at all. You were rude and said you guys can choke your 10 mins. Thats when I asked you to leave the salon and to go home. But never said learn how to count This is a business that has been running for 27 years and no one has tolerated rude behaviours. Our staff also deserve respect. If this response to your review doesnt clarify what you purchased at our salon then Im very sorry Kristine but we tried our best. But we will not tolerate this behaviour inside our salon. Please see picture... I booked Tannning for 29 thinking great deal as you can see 10 min free. Girls on the desk took payment confirmed 50 min. I used already 2 times and was very happy as I thought girls are super nice . Today I came and was great by Karla who I thought was nice till I had question about how many minutes I have left. She said .... minus does 10 min. I asked her that I have confirmed ON THE DESK AND PAID FOR 50. And show they website as well. Karl continue to say that she is new owner and that she still working on website,but don't worry go have a tan and I will see. I came back after tan her attitude was changed she tryed to explain that those 10 min is included in 40 min ..what is absolutely fine. I don't disagree if I understood wrongly ,but then she said " you should learn math" .. I asked her to not to talk to me like this , phone ring and she pushed the phone in my face , I took the phone and the lady on the line said she is Karl's daughter and that no one have any problems ,only me . Then she continued yell on the phone " if you can't count go home and don't come back" I am so shocked that in 2021 people ,owners can speak to client the way those 2 lady' spoke to me. They still own me 12 min of tanning and I am not going back . So disappointed
