Hello Maggie I apologize you feel that way. Our Cut & Sew process is more expensive then our All Over 3D printed shirts. Yes we do charge a credit card transaction fee. To avoid that fee you can pay with a company check. And yes for a CUSTOM order we do not offer refunds. However if its a problem WE WILL FIX IT. Also we do not want to get rich off one customer our prices are fair and competitive.

Pretty expensive, for a quote for 16 shirts for $981.00 they are sublimated got charged extra to cut and sew plus art fees taxes and a 3% fee on top of that to use a credit card. It would be fine but also all sales are final so it's kind of hard to trust that they get it done and pay them up front. I decided to pass on this one if you are looking for a deal for a team or anything else I would suggest you try and find a different location. This is the kinda store where they may want to get rich of 1 job kinda sucks Oh well off to next store

I got 20 t shirts screen printed with them, a front and back design. and they did a terrible job, first of they messed up the screen printingin some parts and left terrible bubbles and burn marks, then on all the t shirts they left the screen outline. so you can see a shadow of the screen on all my shirts. HORRIBLE JOB! I will let everyone know not to go here.

Great screen printing, even better sublimation. The reviewer Youth Garb doesn't know what they are talking about. Impressions are left from the screen because the fibers are pushed down from the squeegee. The marks go away after washing.

Hey Chloe I apologize you feel that way. But we are no scammers. You wanted a rush order on items directly from the mill unfortunately the mill dont rush orders. We explained to you we can offer a different item and you agreed. As far as appointments YES WE WORK ON APPOINTMENTS ONLY. We want to give you the best customer service in order to do that we like to deal with our customers one on one. You supplied your own artwork all we did was set it up on the different sizes and print it out. You stated the color was off and we offered a solution to REPRINT IT. (Even though we stated we can not match exact colors on CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ARTWORK) However we have been in business over 7 years and try our best on giving great customer service and a quality product. We will never try to get over on a customer. We are here to build relationships and make sure our clients are satisfied. If you would like for us to reprint it let us know. We will be here.

SCAMMERS!!!! They are trying to scam me out of $1200. I absolutely cannot believe their terrible service. They stopped responding and the owner refuses to contact me back. Dont bother showing up. Theyre never there! Although its listed no where on the website, they claim to be appointment only so save yourself the drive. I decided to try them because of the great reviews online, but these have to be from their friends. I came in with a PHYSICAL EXAMPLE OF THE EXACT THING I WANTED. A simple tank top that is printed on both sides. I brought a sample shirt in before ordering to SHOW THEM! This guy tells me yea of course we can do that within the time you need (a week). He then orders me mesh jerseys without saying anything, like the ones with holes in them! Were not a basketball team, what am I going to do handing people jerseys?! This is not what I showed you or paid for! I didnt even know he had ordered jerseys until they came in (Friday), literally the day before I was leaving town, which they knew. I told him on Monday I would pay expedited shipping so the shirts could get here overnight to give him time to print. He insisted on the three-day shipping, all the while KNOWING he was ordering the wrong item and just assuming that Id be ok with it I guess?! So you guys let customers spend that much money with you, get them the wrong thing, then cry no refunds and stop answering? Thats a scam, textbook. Furthermore, the color was totally off and didnt match the proof they sent at all. I had three designs, one of them was for red and orange shirts. Those shirts turned out peach and yellow. The guy that works there really sat and argued with me about the color of the shirt. Im not color blind or stupid, yall messed up! Fix it or give me my money back. They are completely unprofessional and this is absolutely the worst experience Ive had working with another company.
