I have been customer of val pak for almost 2 years. It has been brought to my attention that the person managing my account who is a 20 year veteran of Val Pak of central oh. She was emailing my private business strategy to my competitors. I know this because I have a copy of one of the emails sent. She was attempting to woo them with this information to do business with then. I was told in writing that they would never try to add more customers in my field at a local level (there are currently 3 National flyers in the same industry as mine ). This turned out to be false. when confronted she denied. I then contacted the supervisor She told me that they would never do such a thing. That they make sure that there local service people in there flyer are top priority and they never want over sell to keep me the paying customer happy. When told that i had obtained a copy of the email she said she would read it and get back to me. She contacted me the next day and said that they could do whatever they wanted was rude and we ended our business at that point

I met with a rep for information in advertising and he was very informative. I have personally used a lot of their deals and they have never disappointed! Love Valpak!!!
