Thank you for the fake review. The only time we cancel an order is if it's flagged as a fraudulent charge. Amazon has $40 battops similar to what we sell? Really?

NEVER ordering from them again was my first and DEFINITELY last time ordering from ArcadeShoch. I ordered a bat top paid priority mail and 3 days later the label is cancelled I just ordered another from Amazon BET you in comes in tomorrow as promised. I wish I could give less than one star in so made I'm paying $40 for a simple bat top

Been meaning to write a review about my arcadeshock customer experience for awhile now. I can only speak on the online side of things, but these guys are absolutely awesome at what they do. Great selection with good prices, if youre looking for a place to start dabbling with custom sticks, this is your place. I ordered a custom MvC2 style Hori FE (Ive also ordered butttons, Sanwa jlfs, ball tops, etc.. all were great too) and I adore it, by far my favorite stick out of the 8-9 that I own. I live in Colorado, but if I ever find myself in California, I would love to check out their physical location in person.

Hi. The specific game you ordered that we told you was out of stock is still out of stock as we mentioned to you. We did not relist this item after you placed your order. Please refrain from inaccurate information. @BennyB - Please stand by your review and provide the exact games you're referring to. We admitted to you that we did not have them in stock, so us relisting them at a higher price is inaccurate when it wasn't available to begin with? Please provide the proof, otherwise, we understand you're upset we didn't have the product in stock. Btw, all your reviews are negative for some reason.

Totally sketchy place ..... bought some games in their online store. Waited about 2 weeks with no reply or shipment , then after I contact them. They tell me that games are located in some storage unit and they haven't got them yet and / or haven't been able to locate them all. Complete waste of my time. The real problem in my opinion is that they realized they had under priced the games because they were still sealed and didn't want to sell for the prices they had listed after the increase in retro game prices. Now after revisiting their web page a couple months later , I can see they increased the prices. Completely shady ........ Do business with at your own risk. @Arcadeshock I completely stand by my ENTIRE review ..... not just the only point you are trying to cherry pick.
