Any issue I have had in renting with them for 4 years has been taken care of promptly. They respond quickly and are very understand and kind, at least in my experience. Donna always helps and makes any issue/process so easy.

I'm sorry you think I'm rude. We have a published criteria on the first page of our application for all of our rentals and we made a decision quickly. I cannot change our criteria.

If you are thinking about using the company please think twice and read other peoples comments. Mr. Michael is extremely unprofessional. I made several attempts to contact and even pay a year in advance but I was told they didnt do that large of payments? when I asked he stated he would have to call me back later that day as he was very busy. Too busy to talk to me and have a closing for his clients. Sure wasnt someone wanting to sell a property very quick as I told him I would also make 12 month advanced payment upfront. I did not get a call back that day either and I had to reach out multiple times before even getting a response. I completely do not recommend anyone going here. The attitude and work ethic is horrible to say the least and was very very rude. I am extremely disappointed in my whole experience. ***And it was WAY more than criteria and instead of wasting your time commenting on Google on a Friday afternoon while working maybe you should do something more productive and focus on better customer service skills :)
