Don't work here. Dave is abusive on a good day, and downright vile on a bad day. I was told I couldn't use the bathroom or have water near me while welding because he didn't "pay for bathroom trips". I was verbally harassed for the way I set work down on the table, and my skills were belittled despite them running through three other welders in the month I was there. Clearly I'm not the only one who's experienced this. Dave will expect off the clock work (a labor violation) and yells when he can't get his way. I can't imagine he treats his customers any better. It's a shame too, because Scott and the other employees are good people. But one bad egg can spoil the bunch. There are better Fab shops in the area with better prices, and better owners. Go there instead.
