This place doesnt answer the phone and doesnt return voicemails. When I finally got a chance to go down there on my lunch break I only had 15 mins which was spent asking questions the secretary couldnt answer. She was constantly interrupting me because it was obvious I didnt have a lot of time. When I finally had to leave she told me that I couldnt make an appointment because being evicted or having your rent changed while the house I rent is being sold didnt convince her enough. To be fair I was in a rush and will probably need to get a lawyer anyway but this place is a joke.
