I booked an appointment and they canceled it without warning and I called multiple times and nobody answered the phone. I gave three stars because anything less seems a little unfair to them but as a business I dont know how you dont give a reason for canceling and also ignore calls during normal business hours. I saw another review stating they may randomly cancel your appointment without warning so this might be a pattern of theirs. I hope a second review stating the problem will help change this process to be more transparent for the customer.

Outstanding service. Came in from out of town for a wedding and was squeezed in at the last minute. Best shave i have ever had. Amazing experience. Treat yourself to some TLC you deserve it. Well worth a visit.
