I called asking about something and the man who answered my call was polite at first and I asked about him about embroidering a raccoon on the front and he said he could do it. I then asked if he could embroider The Beatles logo and their silhouettes(mind you he didn't see what the silhouettes looked like) on a hoodie. He then said it was copy right, so I asked him about the silhouettes, to which he kept interrupting me and telling me it was copy right and raising his tone. Then while I was trying to reason with him, he told me he wasnt going to argue, so I said I can just do it myself then, to which he then hung up on me and didnt even ask about the raccoon. Horrible customer service and will never be calling or going there again.
