All 3 Venetian blinds arrived damaged (many slats bent), this wasnt damaged in transit, just poor care taken when making. All 3 blinds had to be remade and I asked when making the valences again, if a cm could be added to their length. I was told this couldnt be done as it would cost more. This was a poor excuse to justify charging for it. Knowing what I wanted they cut the valence to short and wanted to charge me 30 for new valences. So much for their environmental policy where they claim to be concerned about this on their website. Theyd rather squeeze a few more s out their customers and waste product rather than do the right thing - very sad that a company in these environmentally sensitive times doesnt seem to have a care about their carbon footprint.
