So unprofessional. They couldn't complete the order as I wanted it so I didn't even move forward with my order (I didn't even add anything to my cart) but they have been calling me twice a day since I first visited the site. I finally just blocked their calls.

I purchased 200 patches and sent them my artwork. The artwork looked good on the order form. The mock up never loaded. I contacted them several times and they approved my artwork based on the sample they sent (apparently not the mock up). The lettering was AWFUL the letters were missing the second prong on the "F" it looked like an upside down L. They are only willing to give me a 20% discount on a new order. I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW ORDER ON CORRECT PATCHES. I am still waiting on another call from someone to try to resolve it. This has been twelve emails to try to get it resolved. Very dissapointed.

Hustled me out of thousands of dollars. Moved my order forward without my approval. Did not make the edits I requested, refused to adjust or refund. This company is not to be trusted!

I bought 500 patches from them after being solicited by phone after visiting their site and not moving forward. I shouldve known just by the phone call that this was a sketchy place. After placing my order. I Was never sent an actual patch mock up for approval. So The patches delivered were the wrong size and wrong color. Very poor stitching and quality work as a whole. Tried to get a reorder or refund. Was only offered a 20% discount on another order. SO THEY WANT ME TO PAY MORE MONEY TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Worst patch company in the business. If I could give them zero stars I would. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
