They couldnt correctly diagnose a flawed watch and sold me a watch strap for it. The watch didnt work and they never refunded me the price of the strap. Wont be back.

Im going to write this review as Im just leaving out this place. I left my jewelry to be fixed a few days ago. He told me to come back on Thursday to get it. He said nothing about them calling me telling me when it would be finished I get here at 12:30 its still not ready. But what really irritated me I walked in he was finishing up with customers, and instead of wanting to help me he was to busy trying to go to them to see if they would buy something else. It took for the customer to tell him you can go ahead and help her. For him to pay me any attention and they left anyways because they had somewhere to be. I only came here because it would had taken to long for my jewelry to get fixed at Kay Jewelers in where I usually take it. But after I get my jewelry today I will not be coming back here for anything. I will go where I feel my money is worth spending.

I am very happy with the customer service I get there but the store is never opens on time I have seen up to five Customers come and go while because the store was not opened accordingly with the store hours
