Great to use a gym that has Martial Arts facilities AND weights. It has simple but often overlooked equipment commercial gyms don't offer, gymnastic rings, climbing ropes, tractor tyres, plus all the standard plates and free weights. A place where you can get in great shape, have fun doing so and become more athletic and functional.

Just took my grand daughter there for the first time.She loved the well controlled rough and tumble.Just what modern day kids need .Just like school was 65 years ago when I went???? Well done Callum.
