Truly horrendous customer service. We arrived at this store to purchase a customized t shirt for our soldier who had just graduated. During this process, Michelle came over and was EXTRAORDINARILY RUDE, patronizing, and condescending. Ill be reporting her and the store to the Better Business Bureau for what I believe to be prejudice behavior.

So i have ordered twice from them and Im not pleased at all. The first order the sizing was wrong. And second order the company logo and name on the back of the hoodie wasnt even mine. The customer service is horrendous so i walked away. Ill be order my company shirts else where. Its nothing but trash here.

Ive worked with this company for about two years now and everything has been above and beyond. Not only do they provide very quick service, their customer service is top notch. Their office is constantly busy because of all the support they give to the graduating Army soldiers and their families yet they somehow they manage to complete my order very quickly. If you need any embroidery done you have to check them out. 5 star service!!!
