My husband and I have worked with TJ Anderson on three different home transactions: selling a historic East Nashville home in 2012, purchasing a new construction home in early 2014, and selling that home in August 2020. First and foremost TJ and his team care about making the home searching and purchasing process as enjoyable as possible. We were moving from NYC to Nashville and out of the market during the search and TJ was a hawk for us for over 8 months! With every meeting and conversation he recommendations got better and better. TJ was extremely patient and even killed in what was a very tough buyers market. His guidance on pricing and negotiations was always spot on and we eventually landed exactly where we needed to be.
