Very poor service , the devices and website always malfunction... the guy Sean and his wife run this like its a circus. Tracking is always off. Stay away!!! Buy a burger with that $

Not sure where this came from because our support is based here in the USA locally. We actually support English, Spanish, and Serbian languages. Yet, we are not opposed to abroad support either and have used before as long as they can speak all the required languages clearly.

When signed on they were nice. They are a small operation with Foreigners abroad answering their support line that barely speak English. Thank god I ran in the opposite direction the moment I had the opportunity. Do not recommend doing business with these people.

In all the years of driving. This is by far the worse place to get ELD. 24 hour support is extra fee. ONLY good thing is when it was aobrd and you can cheat.. It was always disconnecting and putting me in drive mode when I was home sleeping. Mickey Mouse provider.
