Unprofessional customer service only parts available are through parts town. My experience was terrible even hung up on, was spoken down to and even treated with disdain. Not sure if customer service has been this way for a long time or not as this was my first experience with them and a bad one. If you are looking for a great product with customer service for help look else where as you find it here. After I called back and spoke with Tina she would not put me back on the phone with the lady I first spoke to. Now I am waiting to speak with a supervisor on hold for almost 10 minutes. Now a great company to do business with.
Price doesnt always equal quality. Freezer wont get below 17 degrees and food is defrosting. Terrible customer service. They must get bonuses for not sending tech support out. Theyll tell you to do one little thing or change a setting then hang up knowing it wont work until youre firm with them three calls later about sending out a tech. Will they pay for the tech to fix it and honor their warranty? I sincerely doubt it. Will this be the last appliance I buy? Definitely not. Will it be the last Perlick. Absolutely.
