This young lady and her mother spent a total of 10 minutes in my shop. They are not and have never been clients of mine. They wanted a specific, ornate, large Italian frame for under $100. They also informed me that "they've been to every frame shop in Columbus".... then proceeded to disparage each person that tried to help them. They are Trouble with a capital T.

I am extremely upset by the way I was treated by the owner of this establishment. I went to her store in Mount Vernon and was looking for a frame for my canvas. She made effusive promises of sending me photos of options from her bigger store in Westerville the next day, as well as searching for a particular frame that I wanted and she seemed confident in being able to help locate. The next day, when I followed up via text with her (a communication forum she initiated) about an option from her store that I might be able to use, she replied curtly with a quote, then seconds later, "I'm going to pass on this project." What kind of professional establishment turns away business???!! Unprofessional, unkind, rude, and fake promises with no follow through. You're better off anywhere but here.

Honestly I dont know where to start, Caroline did an amazing job on our frames. She has a beautiful talent. You will not be disappointed with her work, stop in and check out her shop. She also has the best customer service around, she just has a bubbly personality that makes you feel great about going to her.

Can't say enough nice things about this new discovery. Caroline was beyond friendly and super helpful. She provided solid advice regarding my project. I unexpectedly received same day service and at a very reasonable price. All of my framing projects will now be done at Uptown Custom Framing!

Wow! What a wonderful experience! I purchased an oversized vintage art deco style skiing poster online and Caroline did an AMAZING job matting and framing it. I couldn't be happier with the options she gave me, and work she did. She is an amazing artist, and the ONLY person I will let frame any of my future projects. Thank you so much!

I had some art restored and framed by Caroline and she did an amazing job! She exceeded my expectations! She was helpful, timely and knowledgable! She's very talented in both framing and restoring, which is a rarity. I highly recommend her skills!
