Ms . Dixon is very Rude , I called about training opportunities. A associate called me back to follow up started off very rude ! She had a really smart mouth and spoke as if I was uneducated, she got mad and put me on hold for 5 mins came back answering my questions with questions . Ive dealt with career source in other areas , by far the worst experience

This was absolutely horrible. They hosted an event at FSU with reps in tow. upon leaving, I spoke to the rep, who recommended i come in for mock interview and resume formatting tips. she made sure to tell me these are scheduled at the regional office every Thurs. she asked for my contact information so she contact me with information on setting up a time to come in and work with staff specialists. since I had a copy of my resume in hand, i gave this to her and she accepted it, stating she would be in touch with me the next day. so now, can anyone guess why this company is receiving such low marks from me? if you guessed failure on the part of the rep at the event to follow through on her promise, you'd win the pot..if there was one. it's well over a week since the event and no one from this office or company has followed up with me. i would grade lower than one star if could...much much lower. advice, dont count on this company and its staff to give a flip about your situation. in fact, since leaving my resume with this company, i have gotten more spam email than i normally would get..and its not even spam related to job hunting or open positions. if you like having your contact information up for bid to third party spammers this the service for you!! if you like feeling like the people who claim to care about you and claim to want to help you advance your career are lying through their teeth when they speak, this is the service for you!! oh and why is Mark Raciappa even reviewing this when he's a self appointed food critic..look at his info and contributions and tell me how he has any credibility in his post? and worse someone from this company is thanking him for his useless review!!

Horribly rude people work there. Never use them. They have no human relations experience. Go anywhere but there. You would think that as humans when employees working in other buildings where they are located have a bathroom emergency and the assigned bathroom for that employee is under repair that they wouldn't lock that employee in their offices simply because she used their facilities. It's a crime by the way to illegally prevent someone from leaving. Also I'm pretty sure the Fire Marshal would have an issue with locked doors with the only way out being a key. Terrible people.
