I'm sorry you felt you had to respond this way. You said you were going to move out by the first and I gave you until the 18th without charging you. In addition, I called you three times to remind you to move out so you wouldn't have additional charges. Each time I called, you said you would "move tomorrow." You were the one who did not keep your word. Plus, you created a mess on the new floor with motor oil. All I did was give you two weeks extra to move out without charging you and then upheld the contract that you agreed to. I felt like I tried to work with you, but I can't rent the unit while you are occupying it.
