It wasnt until 1 year after I re-cleaned my carpets that I realized how bad EcoFresh did. When EcoFresh originally cleaned my carpets (4 bedrooms) the technician went on and on about the fibers and reasons why the carpets were stained and there was nothing that could be done to get rid of the dirty areas- mind you my carpet was only a year old. I settled at that time assuming that the technician knew what he was talking about and after reviewing the before and after carpet cleaning pictures on their website. Well was I wrong!!! Jones Carpet Cleaning came in a year later and did an AMAZING job!!! My carpet looks brand new after cleaning. My advise to the readers is find a legit company because this one is not it.

I highly recommend Ecofresh to anyone. Chris has excellent customer service! Hes very thorough and knowledgeable about what hes doing and takes the time to explain it if needed. Im very satisfied with how my carpets came out. Will be using his services again!

This was my second time having EcoFresh Carpet Cleaning on a different home. The first time was back in 2017. I am a repeat customer not only because Chris does a great job, his prices are affordable and he never misses an appointment, but because his customer service and attention to detail is by far the best I have ever encountered. Cant recommend this company enough!
