On June 10, 2020 I was told by Kevin at Heartland Flags that he would service my residential flagpole by replacing the rope and snaps. He said he would be at my home within 7 to 10 days. It is now July 6th and he has not fulfilled his promise and I could not fly my flag on the 4th of July. I have left several messages and provided my phone number but he can't be bothered with responding. Very disappointed. I will find a different company that actually values new business. Thanks for nothing.
