Slum lords and crooks! Horrible place to rent from. Unfortunately, I had to give them at least 1 star.
This company does not care about its tenants. Ive had an unusable kitchen sink for 4 days now (water pours into the cabinets underneath). Ive not heard back from them. This is also not the first time Ive had this issue. Had they fixed it correctly the first time, there wouldnt be an issue now! And no, maintenance is very professional, but they are also not taken care of by the company. There are too few workers, and Broadway refuses to actually replace broken parts, leaving maintenance to rig everything. SLUM LORDS!
i dont understand how a business that expects people to pay their rent doesnt have a drop box/mailbox to leave rent after hours. not everyone can get to the location during business hours because they are working the same time.. just dont understand ...
